  • Right to erasure ('right to be forgotten') (Art. 17 GDPR) This right means that you, as a data subject, may ask an organization to delete personal data in the event that:

  1. The personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed

  2. The processing was based on consent but has been withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for the processing

  3. You have objected to the processing and the concrete balance between the legitimate interest is less than the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject.

  4. The personal data is processed unlawfully.

  5. The organization is subject to a legal obligation to delete data arising from European or Dutch law

  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) This right means that the personal data may (temporarily) not be processed and may not be changed.

  • Right to data portability/data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). This right means that if the processing is based on consent or on the basis of a contract, the data subject has the right to receive a copy of the data in a structured, machine-readable format.

  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). You can object when the data processing is based on legitimate interest or general interest.

 

You can use the above rights after we have confirmed your identity. After confirmation, you will receive a response regarding your request within 30 days.

What personal data does Instructiefilm.nl collect?

Under no circumstances will Instructiefilm.nl sell your personal data to third parties. Instructiefilm.nl can exchange your personal data between the various employees within the organization, to the extent this is necessary in view of the purpose of the data processing.

We ensure that our third parties do not simply process your data outside the European Union.
