Our clients use the gate instruction software from Instructiefilm.nl to receive, instruct and register visitors. A standard PC is often used, but it may be useful to consider other options. Which option suits your organization best? Below we discuss some common choices.
Standard PC
The standard PC is a common and familiar option. The Entrance Portal software runs smoothly on these systems and offers a familiar user experience. Despite its versatility, placing visitors behind a PC can be perceived as impersonal in some situations. It can also be difficult to attract the attention of visitors when they enter, as a PC is less conspicuous than other solutions.
Tablet
Tablets are popular because of their compact size, portability and ease of use. They take up little space and can be easily moved to different locations. For visitor registration, tablets offer an intuitive and hands-on experience, especially when used in conjunction with a stand. This makes the process more interactive and eye-catching for visitors. Despite their convenience, tablets have a smaller screen than PCs, which can reduce their educational impact. This can make it harder to convey complex information or display interactive instructions.

An interactive display column is an impressive and professional option that immediately attracts attention upon entering. Not only does it exude professionalism, it can also be used to present and promote company information. With such a solution, visitors can easily be guided through safety procedures and other relevant information. Despite its many advantages, an interactive display column takes up a considerable amount of space and is not always practical, especially in smaller locations where space is limited. In addition, the purchase and installation costs can be higher than other options.
