Een kleine fout – een verkeerd verzonden e-mail, een onbeveiligde laptop of het delen van gegevens zonder toestemming – kan al leiden tot een privacy schending met grote gevolgen.
Om uw organisatie sterker te maken op dit gebied, hebben we drie e-learnings ontwikkeld. Deze helpen medewerkers stap voor stap bewust, vaardig en verantwoord met privacy om te gaan:
1. Privacywetgeving Awareness
De basis: wat zijn persoonsgegevens, waarom zijn ze gevoelig en hoe ga je er veilig mee om?
Deze training is voor iedereen in de organisatie en legt het fundament voor privacybewust werken.
2. Privacywetgeving Intermediate
Een verdieping voor wie dagelijks met persoonsgegevens werkt. Hoe pas je de grondslagen van de AVG toe in processen? Hoe herken je tekortkomingen en waar liggen de risico’s?
3. Privacywetgeving Advanced
De stap naar beleid en borging. Hier staat leiderschap centraal: integriteit en transparantie bevorderen, passende beveiligingsmaatregelen treffen en privacy structureel verankeren in de organisatie.
Met deze 3 e-learnings, maken we samen een sprong van bewustwording naar toepassing en uiteindelijk naar cultuur en beleid. Het beschermen van privacy is geen eenmalige taak, maar een gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid, waar we continu aandacht aan moeten besteden.
