Today, our colleague Iris Habraken introduces herself: "Illustration suits me well because I'm a real visual thinker. I sometimes find it difficult to express myself solely in words, or to process large numbers. A drawing can be a tremendous help in those situations."
At Instructiefilm, I primarily focus on creating content, including animated films. A background in illustration is extremely useful there; for example, in devising different perspectives of a character, or in creating the most readable scene possible. It's great that I can also continue to develop my skills as an illustrator at work.
