Trends in learning and development in the field of healthy and safe working
The future of healthy and safe working is uncertain, complex and dynamic, as we read in the horizon scan of the RIVM and TNO. Outlining the future situation of healthy and safe working does not immediately offer tools to get started with when it comes to learning and development. However, there are a number of concrete trends that we can take into account.
Globalization, migration and standardization
More and more instructions and e-learnings will become available that can be used generically. In the field of safety, food safety or data security, for example. Based on legislation, guidelines and/or instructions that are determined by international standards or industry agreements. In larger organizations, you see that quality or safety policy is increasingly determined at corporate level. House and safety rules can be developed once and (re)used at all locations. Today's generation processes information much more effectively with multimedia content instead of written instructions or teaching materials.
